The system we are offering is called Meta Next Education Managenent Software. The aim of this Web based platform is to provide a comprehensive solution for all Academic Institution Activities and eliminate manual processes. An institution can choose the offline or online version where there are 2 installations, that is, standard and premium. Below is a table highlighting the specifications of each product
The overall objective of this product is to provide an administrative portal for all academic institutions. It is highly recommended you assign an approved Metacloud consultant to setup your system. This normally needs four working days, which will be charged US50 per day after achieving the objectives set below. Travel, subsistence and accommodation will be covered by the client for installations outside Harare.

1.1 Policy Administration:
We will on board all stockholders on to our platform to facilitate enrolment, student and class management, payments of fee and payments through ministry. The web platform will be able to integrate with all key Stakeholders. A training certificate will be issued to everyone who participates in the training sessions and demonstrate understanding. The system will very easily integrate with any system used by the Ministry of Education and will also include accessibility to relevant sections of the online portal. Given that platform is web based, a unique website will be developed for online premium users for no additional costs. This will allow individual customisation and also facilitate online registrations.
MetaCloud Zimbabwe, will support client team in the provision of maintenance and support services for the platform as listed below.

Accounting module ensures to be the best and efficient tool for accounting processes. All the payment data from other modules of Meta Education Management will be automatically recorded in the Accounts module.
The bank statements of the institution can be imported directly into the platform using the bank reconciliation feature. The constant report generation of different aspects of accounting helps the organisation in deciding the further plans and budgets. The performance reports, position reports, cash reports, detailed reports and management reports act as the guide and help in indicating the financial position of the company.
eLearning Management
With the intervention of electronic technologies and internet and telecommunications facilities, conventional learning methodology has been changed. Moreover, the descriptions of everyday lives due to the Covid 19 pandemic have made almost all the learning institutions to be shut down to control the spread of the pandemic. Moreover some istitutiona may choose to coduct courses purely online and other students prefer it that way.
The Meta Educational Management platform puts forward dedicated questions where the eLearning functionalities of operations can be conducted effectively. This will be an essential lament for the business to impart training for the employees regarding certain aspects. Moreover, international institutions can conduct certification programs that can be ranked and rewarded based on the points that have been defined. The Learning Management module can be accessed once it’s been installed from the Applications menu that is available. Upon entering the eLearning module, you will be depicted with the dashboard where all the courses of operations are being described.
Here the Course Name, Reviews, Views, Duration, Sales, Contents, Attendances, Finished number, and the tags allocated will be described. There are Filtering and Group by available tools in the menu, which can be configuration Customized ones can use ones available by default. Regarding creating a new Course, you can opt for the Create option, which is available. Moreover, if there is a need for editing for the current course defined, you and the Course Menu, Then select the View Course option, which is available.
In the Course menu, all the information regarding the Course will be defined. If the visitor has been enrolled, they will be depicted with the message that You’re registered, and the percentage of completion will be described. The Responsible Person for the Course, Last update, Completion Time, and the members who have been part of the Course will be defined. Further, the Course materials will be specified in the Courses section, and the Review menu will depict the reviews described by the candidates on the Course. In the Course Menu, the created ones can remove, modify and add new Course content based on the needs. The Forum menu will provide the capability to describe the Forums based on the candidates and interested people through the website.
There is also a Search menu available that will help the users to search between the different ]courses which are defined. Let's now understand how a new course can be defined in the Meta Schools eLearning module.

§ Mzondiwe Mwanza | Director Finance & Operations: He has substantial background in liquidity and capital management and ensuring financial institutions have access to lower cost of funds through design of smart hedging strategies. Before Metacloud Technologies, he served in various roles including; CFO for FINCA Zambia, Finance Manager for Stanbic Bank Zambia and CFO for Stanbic Insurance Brokers, among others. He holds an M.Sc. in Strategic Business Management and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA).

He is an enthusiastic Information and Technology professional with over 5 years working experience in various entities in the financial sector, Telecommunication sector and Consultancy services firms. He has proven experience and skills in financial accounting, Management reporting, Treasury & Taxation functions, financial planning & Advisory, Revenue Assurance, Risk Management, Operational controls monitoring, and Corporate Support services.
§ Happiness Tapiwa Manyokwe | Chief Commercial Officer
Has over 2 years of experience in the Banking industry. She started her career in Human Resources keeping a firm focus on business strategic direction through implementation and reviewing of Human Capital systems, Policies and Performance management systems. Happiness is a strategic thinker and an avid sales leader having held senior positions at the Environmental Health Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Baking and Finance.
3. Summary of Experience:
Metacloud Technologies is a Zimbabwean registered company which gives solutions to businesses to help them perform better. It serves in regions such as Central and Southern Africa and provides Implementation Services such as the Product/Solution Development on Meta X platform (branded solutions) and also Meta Next system to manage areas of a business like Sales, Accounting or HR. Metacloud Technologies offers a comprehensive Core Banking Platform Service that includes deployment, support, training and consultancy. They have a young energetic team which includes Aldrison Nzvengende, the Zimbabwean Managing Director of Metacloud Technologies with an Accounting Degree from Midlands State University. He is a dedicated accounting degree holder who graduated in June 2019 from Midlands State University. Nzvengende gained his experience as an Accounts Clerk Trainee at Nyaradzo from June 2017 to June 2018. He then worked as a loan officer at Gealcs Financial Services from Jan 2019 up until Dec 2020.
